Torres del Paine, Chile
An epic trek spanning wind-scoured forests, suspension bridges, and dramatic glacial valleys, leading straight to the spectacular granite towers of Las Torres.
Peru
The Ausangate Trek is a 70 km hiking trip that runs through one of the most beautiful landscapes in the Andes. Starting at 3600m above sea level and reaching high passes close to 5200 m, the Ausangate Trek reaches some seriously high elevations. Along the way, we passed by small villages, glacial lakes, towering snow capped peaks, and herds of alpacas.
Italian Dolomites
A four day hut to hut loop through the Fanes Sennes Braies Nature Park in the Italian Dolomites. It starts and finishes at Lago di Braies, dips onto the famous Alta Via 1 for the first half, then peels off it to find the quieter stuff.
Vietnam
Twelve stages up the length of Vietnam on a motorbike I should never have bought, from Saigon to Hanoi via Đà Lạt, Măng Đen, the Ho Chi Minh Road and Ninh Bình. First time in Asia, first proper trip, and mostly solo until it wasn't.
Atlas Mountains, Morroco
A six stage road and gravel loop out of Marrakech, over the Tizi n'Tichka, down through the Ounila Valley to Aït Benhaddou, then west along the spine of the High Atlas and back. Roughly 460 km, four mates, one taxi we don't talk about.
